Technology-focused investment bank ICON Corporate Finance worked as exclusive financial advisor to Cloud Direct on a deal that saw the Bath-based business strategic investment of global IT firm Crayon.

Cloud Direct is a Microsoft cloud partner with additional offices in London and Cape Town. The strategic investment increases Crayon’s ability to leverage expertise in Microsoft technologies, meaning more customers will be able to realize the benefits of the cloud.
