New Recruits Join Growing Corporate Finance Team at MHA Moore and Smalley



Preston-based accountancy and business advisory firm MHA Moore and Smalley has bolstered its growing corporate finance team in Manchester with two new appointments.

Sam Singleton has joined KPMG as deputy director of corporate finance while Dan Coleman has been recruited as director of corporate finance, also from KPMG.

MHA Moore and Smalley’s corporate finance team has grown rapidly since the firm opened its Manchester office on Mosley Street in 2019. In January 2022, MHA Moore and Smalley have doubled the size of the Manchester office allowing it to double its workforce from 35 to 70.

Prior to joining MHA Moore and Smalley, Sam spent six years with KPMG, joining the firm as an Audit Partner and progressing to Chief Audit Executive, leading a number of leading large firms in the North- Where is.

He will work alongside senior members of MHA Moore and Smalley’s corporate finance team on corporate divestitures, acquisitions, management buyouts, management buyouts and refinancing transactions, as well as a wide range of strategic consulting projects.

Dan has worked at KPMG since obtaining his Masters degree from Swansea University in 2018.
