Verena Stütze succeeds Rupert Krautbauer as Head of Investor Relations and Communications at Siltronic AG
Munich, November 1, 2022 –
With immediate effect, Verena Stütze takes over responsibility for investor relations and communication at Siltronic AG, with responsibility for overall communication with investors, analysts and the press, as well as internal communication. Dr. Rupert Krautbauer is responsible for marketing and sales at Siltronic.
Verena Stütze studied business administration at the Technical University of Munich and is certified as a tax consultant. After working for several years in an audit and consulting firm, she joined the Finance department of Siltronic AG in 2016 and knows the company well.
The short-term change results from the fact that the new US export control rules also include the personal requirements of US citizens. Therefore, Siltronic had to take organizational measures to protect all employees. Accordingly, Dr. Rupert Krautbauer has been appointed Senior Vice President Marketing & Sales effective immediately and now leads our global marketing and sales organization.
