FL Entertainment appoints Caroline Cohen
Head of Investor Relations
September 5, 2022: FL Entertainment today announces the appointment of Caroline Cohen as Head of Investor Relations and Financial Communications, effective August 29, 2022. Her mission will be to develop and deepen relationships with investors and financial analysts by consistency with the Group’s strategy.
Caroline Cohen has a solid background in financial analysis, with 17 years of brokerage experience. She began her career in 1995 at Enskilda Securities, as a sell-side analyst, before joining Deutsche Bank in Paris, and in 2005, joining Merrill Lynch Bank of America in London. In 2012, Caroline Cohen held the position of Head of Investor Relations at Eurazeo, then she held the same position at Europcar Mobility Group, where her role concerned financial communication with both equity and bond investors. At Teneo, she held the position of senior consultant in financial communication, advising CEOs and top management.
Caroline Cohen graduated from La Sorbonne University. She holds a Masters in Finance from the University of Reading (UK).
In this new role, she reports directly to Sophie Kurinckx, Group Chief Financial Officer of FL Entertainment.
