Irwin Mitchell sees earnings drop to just over £275m

By Ashish Sareen (September 8, 2022, 7:18 p.m. BST) – Overall revenue for Irwin Mitchell’s group fell slightly based on the latest financial results released on Thursday after the company exited the personal injury volume market for focus on high value cases.

The British law firm recorded aggregate revenue of £275.7 million ($316.6 million) for the financial year ending April 30, compared to £283.3 million for the corresponding period of last year. Despite the decline, the main areas of its business recorded a profit. The group’s pre-tax profit reported last year was £43.1m, up from £21.2m this year.
