LiveRamp Welcomes Drew Borst as VP of Investor Relations
RAMP Analysts & Investors –
I hope this note finds you well.
We’re reaching out to share that LiveRamp has hired Drew Borst as the new Vice President of Investor Relations, effective today, September 6. Drew is a seasoned executive with experience in both investor relations and equity research – and deep subject matter expertise in the advertising and media industries. His background and experience are a perfect fit for this role at LiveRamp, and we are very happy to welcome him to the team.
Drew joins LiveRamp from Eros STX Global Corporation, a global film studio, where he was Executive Vice President, responsible for Investor Relations, Business Development and Corporate Finance.
Prior to Eros STX, Drew was a highly respected and influential sell-side research analyst in the media, entertainment and advertising industries. Drew worked at Goldman Sachs for over a decade, serving as Vice President and Principal Analyst of the US Media and Entertainment Equity Research Practice. Drew was a top analyst for stock recommendations, as measured by Refinitiv; in his last three years at Goldman, his stock recommendations have outperformed the sector’s performance for three consecutive years, including 4% in 2019 and 8% year-to-date from 2017 to 2019.
Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Drew worked for 11 years at Bernstein Research as an associate analyst covering a wide range of companies in the US and European media industries. Drew began his career at JP Morgan in internal audit and graduated from Bucknell University where he majored in accounting.
In her role as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations at LiveRamp, Lauren Dillard still plans to be heavily involved in the IR function and will be spending significant time over the next month with Drew to ensure a smooth transition. That said, she will be taking time off from early October to welcome baby number three into the Dillard family – so we encourage you to start including Drew in any outreach ([email protected] Where [email protected]). Warren Jenson, president and chief financial officer of LiveRamp, also intends to be more involved during this transition period and while Lauren is on maternity leave.
Please join me in congratulating and welcoming Drew to the LiveRamp team.
Thank you, and as always, please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Better,
LiveRamp Investor Relations
