Maria Lee joins Lockheed Martin as Vice President, Investor Relations; Greg Gardner is retiring after 37 years with the company, effective December 31, 2022

BETHESDA, MD.Lockheed Martin Company [NYSE: LMT] today announced the selection of Maria Ricciardone Lee as Vice President of Investor Relations, effective October 17. Lee succeeds Greg Gardnerwho announced his intention to retire at the end of the year, after more than 37 years of loyal service.

Lee joins Lockheed Martin after serving as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Global Components, at Electronic Arrow, Inc., where she was responsible for all enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting and analysis, as well as the financial performance of the company’s largest business segment. She has 20 years of experience in publicly traded companies and professional services, as well as experience in leading strategy and valuation, investor relations, treasury, FP&A and finance. on the ground in global industrial manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, electronics/IT distribution and technology. sectors.

Maria holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University.
