PM+M, based in Blackburn and Bury, has strengthened its corporate finance team following the appointment of a director.
In his new role within the Chartered Accountancy, Business Advisory and Financial Planning Group, Ryan Bilsborough will work on all aspects of corporate finance. He will focus more specifically on mergers and acquisitions.
Bilsborough has extensive experience in representing vendors and will prepare businesses for sale, produce realistic and achievable valuations, develop confidential marketing strategies and manage all negotiations with the primary objective of always maximizing shareholder value.
He will also be heavily involved in developing acquisition strategies, advising clients on formulating offers, engaging in negotiations, assisting with due diligence activities and providing post-acquisition support.
He worked in the financial sector for seven years and joined PM+M from 6G Internet Ltd, based in Burnley.
