Williams brings with him a “wealth of experience” from Big 4 PwC and other Top 20 regional firms. He specializes in advising business owners on a wide range of services, primarily assisting clients on transactional requirements such as corporate divestitures, acquisitions, buyouts and management buyouts, fundraising, and private equity related transactions.
According to the firm, Williams brings additional experience in the areas that UHY currently advises on in a variety of sectors such as technology, media and telecommunications, manufacturing, infrastructure and logistics.
